Loaded Baked Potato Dip Mix-

Do you love baked potatoes but never have time to bake? The Resident Chef took all your favorite baked potato ingredients and toppings and combined them into a decadent appetizer that is easy to prepare. Serve with waffle fries or scoop it up with your favorite potato chip.

Directions: Potato Topper Mix package with 2 cups of sour cream. 
Cold: Combine mix with 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise.
Hot: Combine mix with 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream and a ½ cup shredded cheddar.  Cook until bubbly in crock or oven.

Pineapple Pecan Chicken Salad

Any way you mix it, The Resident Chef's Pineapple Pecan Chicken Salad will leave your mouth watering for more! With the addition of just a few ingredients, easily mix up an awesome chicken salad.

For you ham salad lovers, just replace the chicken with chopped ham. The Resident Chef also suggests that you try the cheeseball recipe for a savory treat. Add sliced grapes or currents to the mix to kick it up even more! Chicken salad is great served on croissants, wraps, or your favorite butter cracker. We also love it piped in cherry tomatoes!

Mixing Instructions: Combine bag with a 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drained), 8 oz. pkt Cream Cheese, 1 cup Sour Cream, ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup relish, and 13 oz can white meat chicken breast (or your own chicken). Chill overnight for best results.

Taco Supreme

Are you looking for the ultimate"Taco" inspired dip? Try our Taco Supreme.  Our dip is packed with the delicious taco inspired flavor, that you will crave over and over again.  Great on chips, crackers or even your homemade tacos.

Cold Dip:  Add the contents of the package to 2 cups of sour cream.  Mix completely.  Allow the dip to fuse for a minimum of three hours.  Sitting overnight in your refrigerator brings out the full flavor of the dip.  Stir and serve with your favorite chips, crackers or on tacos, burritos, nachos, chalupas, tostadas and enchiladas. 

To Make Warm:  Combine and blend 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.  Stir and heat until warm in a crock pot or can also be warmed in a microwave.  We also like to add a little of ground beef or leftover chicken to this dip.

Drunken Onion

No worries! It's only the taste of this dip that will leave you a bit tipsy - it's completely non-alcoholic! Drunken Onion Dip has the awesome flavor of french onion and has been kicked-up The Resident Chef way! Serve it with an assortment of fresh veggies, crackers, or chips and enjoy this twist on a classic!

Mixing Instructions: Combine with 2 cups Sour Cream. Chill at least 3 hrs or overnight for full flavor to develop.

White Chicken Chili

Our take on Mexican white bean chili, The Resident Chef's spicy version only requires a couple of ingredients to make a light and kicked up soup that will leave your taste buds smiling! We use chicken and diced tomatoes, but it's great with ground beef or turkey! Want an extra spicy kick, use tomatoes with green chilies instead of the plain tomatoes!

Mixing Instructions: In a stock pot, add spice packet, white bean packet, 1 can drained whole kernel corn and 5 cups water. Place 2 cups cooked chicken breast and 1 can diced tomatoes in the pot and mix well. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cook until beans are tender and soup has thickened -- about 40 minutes

Chicken Fried Rice

The Resident Chef created this authentic Chicken Fried Rice recipe that is guaranteed to taste better than takeout! This recipe is so easy to prepare, you can whip it up in just a few minutes at home using ingredients you already have on hand! It's a staple in any household as a side dish or the main event!

Mixing Instructions: In a large rice cooker or large skillet, combine spice pack, rice, and 6 cups of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Add 1 cup cooked chicken or 1 can chicken breast.
